Coaching Package Overview

- Duration: 90 days  
- Price:$1,500 (or $600/month for 3 months—price increased slightly for flexibility)

Detailed Monthly Breakdown

 Month 1: CLARITY & FOUNDATIONS
Focus: Laying the groundwork for their business.

Weekly Sessions:
- Week 1:Getting Clear on Vision and Goals   - Define your "why," ideal outcome, and success metrics.  
   - Identify target audience and niche.  
   - Assign homework: Audience research and interviews.  

- Week 2: Understanding the Audience  
   - Dive deep into audience needs, problems, and aspirations.  
   - Create audience personas.  
   - Homework: Draft messaging that speaks directly to their audience.  

- Week 3:Setting Up Essential Business Assets  
   - Focus on branding (logo, tagline, tone of voice).  
   - Outline and refine their offer (pricing, benefits, unique selling points).  

- **Week 4:** Strategy Session  
   - Plan an engagement strategy to connect with their audience online.  
   - Set KPIs for measuring progress.  

Month 2: ENGAGEMENT & TESTING

Focus: Connecting with their audience and testing their offer.

Weekly Sessions:  
- **Week 5:** Building Client Engagement  
   - Use social media, email campaigns, and outreach methods to start conversations.  
   - Review their messaging and tweak for maximum engagement.  

- Week 6:Testing the Offer  
   - Pilot their service/product with a small group (beta clients).  
   - Collect feedback and refine their pitch.  

- Week 7: Content Creation  
   - Develop content that builds trust and credibility (blog posts, videos, etc.).  
   - Plan a social media calendar.  

- Week 8: Networking & Relationship Building  
   - Strategies for reaching out to potential collaborators or clients.  
   - Homework: Engage in at least 5 meaningful conversations with prospects.  

Month 3: RESULTS & OPTIMIZATION  
Focus: Getting results, landing clients, and building momentum.

Weekly Sessions: 
- Week 9: Securing 1–3 Paying Clients  
   - Refine sales pitch and client onboarding process.  
   - Role-play client conversations to boost confidence.  

- Week 10:  Optimizing Workflows  
   - Streamline processes for client management (contracts, invoicing, etc.).  
   - Explore tools to automate repetitive tasks.  

- Week 11:Scaling Strategies  
   - Discuss strategies for scaling their business and increasing revenue.  
   - Start creating a long-term roadmap.  

- Week 12:Reflection and Next Steps  
   - Review progress over the last 90 days.  
   - Celebrate wins and identify areas for growth.  
   - Plan action steps to secure more clients and grow sustainably.  

 Session Flow
Every session will follow this structure to ensure clarity and progress:  
1. Recap: Review progress and actions since the last call.  
2. Theory:  Introduce new concepts or strategies relevant to the week’s focus.  
3. Action:  Create a practical action plan for the client to implement before the next session.  
4. Support: Address questions or challenges they’re facing.  

After 90 Days
You’ll wrap up by celebrating your success and encouraging them to share testimonials (social proof for future clients).

With your foundational skills in place, you will be equipped to continue growing your business—and you can even consider upgrading to another coaching package for ongoing support.
